Hello!

I’m Md. Faisal Ahamed, a Business & Systems Development Manager based in Melbourne. I build and run the internal systems a growing Australian training business operates on: CRM, automation, self-hosted infrastructure, document tooling, and two web applications I designed and shipped myself.

I didn’t start in software. I spent eight years in digital advertising across Bangladesh and a global adtech company, working my way from account management to Senior Creative Project Manager at Eskimi, where I ran rich media and 3D production for clients across APAC. Managing 20+ accounts taught me what clients actually need. Running creative production taught me how technical teams actually work. Sitting between the two for years taught me how to translate.

That translation skill changed shape in 2024, when AI-assisted development made it possible for me to stop writing specs for other people and start building the thing myself. My first experiment was a browser-based banner ad builder. By 2026 I was shipping production software: an applicant portal with an AI document-verification pipeline, and an agent-facing operations hub, both live and used daily at ATSR.

I think in systems, not quick fixes. Hand me a one-off task and I’ll usually give back something reusable.
